I am a certified Yoga Teacher (200 HR) and Suspension Yoga Teacher with Certificates completed and obtained each From a Registered Yoga School (under the Yoga Alliance).
I am also a Reiki Practitioner and currently studying to become a Registered Massage Therapist.
With a life long dedication to practicing traditional yoga philosophy as well as living my life purposes.
As I began my journey inward, flowing into the world of holistic healing, and guiding others in their journey, I become more attuned with myself and happily live to serve and heal others in taking steps to grow.

A one on one private class offers the ability to focus on your specific needs: posture/techniques, meditation, mantra/chanting, philosophy, relaxation/yoga nidra, etc. It is of particular benefit to those that have specific health concerns, physical limitations, or illness, or beginners.
