Classical Ashtanga Yoga

Athletic and demanding, Ashtanga Yoga is a traditional style of yoga straight from India.

Trim, tone and stetch all of your muscles with this dynamic style of yoga. The quick flow through poses, combined with deep breathing, builds stamina & strength, while heating your body from the inside to make you sweat.

You will learn exactly how to do poses correctly with precise directions from our mature and experienced instructors.

In our commitment to teach authentic Ashtanga Yoga according to the lineage of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, we train regularly with the foremost instructors around the world.

Mysore

The personal guidance of a private lesson with the energy and inspiration that comes from a group class.

Whatever level you're at, you get the help you need for the poses you can do. You're not held back or pushed too hard the way you are in a led group class.

Here's how it works: You practice Ashtanga Yoga at your own pace and get personal, hands-on adjustments from the teachers as they roam the room. We'll help you refine the poses you know, and we'll teach you new poses when we see that you're ready.

This is the best class to deepen your understanding of yoga poses and to maximize the impact of your practice. It's also great for learning how to harmonize breath, mind and body to find the meditative quality in your practice.

Great for anyone who has at least a pretty good memory for the sequence of the A + B Sun Salutations.

Kundalini Yoga (all levels)

Gentle and simple yoga practices for anyone to nurture a profound peace of mind and stimulate an energized sense of total well-being.

Once the secret practice of meditation masters in the Himalayas, Kundalini yoga is a powerful science for stimulating the brain, the entire nervous system and the glandular system to promote complete health and elevate creative potential.

Great for keeping your back healthy and strong.

Ashtanga Foundations

Build a strong, safe practice and refine your understanding of alignment, breathing and muscle development for a lifetime of yoga. These six-week sessions are slow-paced for detailed learning, whatever your level.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH ASHTANGA YOGA REQUIRED. This is not a beginner level class.

If you are interested in Ashtanga Foundations, let Debbie know. You must take at least two classes of Classical Ashtanga Yoga before you may be considered for Ashtanga Foundations.
