Known for building stamina, strength and flexibility, Ashtanga yoga is one of the most popular forms of yoga around. We teach Ashtanga yoga exactly as it has been taught in India for ages, and as it's still taught there, so you know you're getting a time-tested exercise that will radically rebuild your body, your mind and your life.

In these sessions we'll take a slow-paced look at this traditional style of flowing yoga, to help you develop a taste for this rewarding and energizing full-body exercise.

Move It to Lose It

In this class we flow from one movement to the next. Focus is on connecting the breath to the movements in order to strengthen your heart and lungs, as well as the muscles & joints of your body.

Plan to sweat. Ashtanga Basics is slow and gentle, but you will have to work. That's a good thing, remember. It's from that effort that you will get stronger and healthier, faster.
